Cartoon Greek God Character

I thought it was time to update my site with a new image. I chose this Design File of a cartoon little Greek guy in a variety of poses.

You can purchase this file or see a larger version here.

Design File Images

I’ve recently launched a new series of files I call Design Files at my stock site, myStockVectors.com. These include several images from a series in one file. It also contains a font and other elements like word bubbles and backgrounds. The idea is that it contains all the elements you need for your design project in one file. The best part is that it is cheaper than buying all the files individually. I have an image of one of my Design Files with a cartoon space theme below. So if you are interested go check it out!

Bird Tutorial

I’ve written a couple tutorials on my stock art site, myStockVectors.com. They both involve the cartoon bird above. One is a basic Illustrator technique. You can check it out here. The other involves using colors and gradients in Illustrator. Check it out here. Enjoy!

Cartoon Frog with Crown

I figured I needed to update my website and at least get rid of the Hallowwen witch before next Halloween. Anyway, I bring you a frog with a crown. Enjoy looking at him for the next several months. I’m kidding. I’ll try to update the images more often.

New Stock Vector Site

collage

I’ve created a new stock vector site for my work called myStockVectors.com. The site was created to be the definitive collection of my stock art. It was also made to provide an equal balance between fair royalties for the artist and affordable prices for buyers and clients without any middlemen. So, check it out!

Faux Watercolor Vector Style

I haven’t done an "around the web" in a while, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t stuff happening on the internet. Anyway, I’ve been meaning to work on a faux watercolor style in Illustrator, and I finally got off my butt to do it recently. After searching the net, I found this tutorial. It had a good way to make a faux look, so go check it out!

Here is my first experiment. I used one of my doodle style illustrations and recolored it.

Illustration Friday Topic: Slither

This week’s Illustration Friday topic was slither. So of course, I drew a slug? I’m not sure if slugs slither. They probably inch more like a caterpillar, but I figured everyone would draw snakes. So, I went with the slug.
